Timelines are set by government processing and due diligence, and they change. We will give you a realistic current estimate at the start rather than a promise we cannot control.
Both exist in most programs. Real estate costs more upfront but leaves you holding an asset with a potential exit after the required holding period. A donation is simpler and cheaper but your money is gone. The right answer depends on what you want at the end.
Most Caribbean programs have no residency requirement, although rules differ by country and can change. Plenty of our clients visit for the first time after they are already citizens, and then fall in love with Grenada’s charms.
