Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Tandem collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use our website or contact our team.

Effective and last updated: 27 July 2026

1. Who we are

Tandem is a boutique Caribbean advisory firm supporting private clients, family offices, developers, and international investors across real estate, Citizenship by Investment, hospitality development, and inward investment.

For the personal information described in this policy, Tandem is the organization responsible for deciding how and why that information is used. Questions about this policy can be sent to cbi@tandemcitizenship.com or raised by telephone at +1 (473) 415-3213.

2. Information we collect

We collect information that you provide directly and limited technical information generated when you use the website.

  • Enquiry information: first and last name, email address, phone number, country of residence, the service you are interested in, and any information you choose to include in a message.
  • Booking and conversation information: details you provide when arranging a consultation, using live chat, emailing, calling, or contacting Tandem through WhatsApp.
  • Engagement and due diligence information: if a professional relationship progresses, Tandem may request identity, source-of-funds, financial, family, property, or project information through an appropriate secure process.
  • Website and analytics information: IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, pages viewed, referral source, interactions, date and time, campaign parameters, and similar usage data.

Please do not send passports, banking details, source-of-funds documents, or other sensitive records through the public contact form or live chat. Tandem will provide an appropriate secure route if those materials are required.

3. How we use personal information

Tandem may use personal information to:

  • review and respond to enquiries, schedule consultations, and communicate with you;
  • assess whether Tandem is able to assist and prepare or deliver agreed services;
  • maintain accurate, confidential client and prospect records in our access-controlled CRM;
  • coordinate with professional advisers, service providers, or project stakeholders where authorized and necessary;
  • operate, secure, measure, and improve the website and our communications;
  • meet legal, regulatory, due diligence, record-keeping, and dispute-resolution obligations; and
  • send relevant updates where permitted by law, with an option to unsubscribe from marketing communications.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, Tandem relies on your consent, steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests, or compliance with legal obligations.

4. Our CRM and service providers

Information submitted through the contact form, booking calendar, or live chat may be transferred to and stored in Tandem's secure, access-controlled customer relationship management and automation systems. These systems help the Tandem team manage enquiries, arrange meetings, keep appropriate records, and send requested follow-up communications.

Current website providers include LeadConnector/HighLevel for contact forms, CRM, automation, booking, and chat; Google Analytics for website measurement; and Vercel for website hosting and analytics. Tandem may also use professional email, telecommunications, document, security, and advisory providers. Providers are permitted to process information only for the services they supply and are expected to protect it appropriately.

5. Sharing and international transfers

Tandem does not sell personal information. We may share information with:

  • technology and operational providers acting on Tandem's behalf;
  • lawyers, tax advisers, immigration professionals, licensed agents, financial institutions, developers, or other specialists when relevant to your enquiry and appropriately authorized;
  • government, regulatory, law-enforcement, or court authorities where required or permitted by law; and
  • a successor organization in connection with a genuine business reorganization, subject to suitable confidentiality safeguards.

Some providers or recipients may process information outside Grenada or your country of residence. Where applicable, Tandem uses contractual, organizational, or other appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

6. Retention and security

Tandem keeps personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business records, and to meet legal, regulatory, contractual, and dispute-resolution requirements. Retention periods vary according to the nature of the enquiry, whether a client relationship is formed, and any applicable due diligence obligations.

We use proportionate technical and organizational safeguards, including restricted access to CRM records and established service providers. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so sensitive documents should be shared only through a method approved by Tandem.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to request access to personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy of information you supplied.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message or by contacting Tandem. A request can be made through cbi@tandemcitizenship.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires us to do so.

8. Cookies, analytics, and third-party tools

The website uses essential browser storage to remember your privacy choice and support basic site and security functions. Essential technology cannot be switched off through the banner because the website needs it to operate and remember the choice you make.

If you select Accept all, Tandem also enables Google Analytics for website measurement, Vercel Analytics for aggregate performance measurement, and the LeadConnector/HighLevel live-chat tool. These services may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies and may receive device, usage, and interaction information under their own privacy terms. Tandem does not use the website's Google tag for personalized advertising.

If you select Essentials only, those analytics and live-chat scripts are not loaded. Booking links, email, telephone, WhatsApp, the contact page, and the main website content remain available.

Your choice is stored in your browser and applies as you move between Tandem pages. You may change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences button shown at the lower left of the website. You can also remove stored information through your browser settings. Withdrawing consent stops further optional measurement; the page reloads where necessary so previously enabled third-party tools are no longer active.

9. Children and external links

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. Tandem does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. The site may link to third-party websites and services; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The latest version will appear on this page with a revised effective date.

For privacy questions or requests, email cbi@tandemcitizenship.com, call +1 (473) 415-3213, or use the Tandem contact page.
