Richard Hallam is a hospitality, real estate and investment migration professional with more than 30 years’ international experience and over two decades working in Grenada and the Caribbean.
He founded Tandem in Grenada in 2015 as the country’s first Grenadian Citizenship by Investment Marketing Agent and has since helped more than 1,000 clients attain citizenship. His experience spans hospitality and resort development, real estate, investment migration, sales, marketing and inward investment, and includes involvement with the development and operation of three golf courses. Richard also served as Special Advisor for Inward Investment to the Government of Grenada.
He brings to Tandem a rare combination of local knowledge, international perspective and practical experience in structuring and delivering commercially credible investment opportunities.

Mark Scott is an international real estate, hospitality and investment executive with more than 40 years’ experience across the Caribbean, UK, US and The Bahamas, including over 13 years in Citizenship by Investment.
His career spans the acquisition, financing, development and operation of major resorts, residential communities, marinas and golf courses, with development programmes exceeding US$500 million. He has been directly involved in the development and operation of three golf courses and, most recently, as CEO of Joyeau Des Caraibes, oversaw a portfolio including Silversands Grand Anse, Silversands Beach House, Port Louis Marina and Mount Cinnamon Resort.
Mark brings to Tandem extensive experience in complex real estate transactions, hospitality and resort development, investment strategy and citizenship-linked real estate, together with a deep understanding of doing business in Grenada.
